What is a nurse coach?

According to The Art and Science of Nurse Coaching a nurse coach is “a registered nurse who integrates coaching competencies…to facilitate a process of change or development that assists individuals or groups to realize their potential.”

In other words I work with you toward your goals in a way that is customized to who you are as a whole person. I help you become the best version of you.

What is your cancellation policy?

​

The rule of 15: cancel by 15 minutes before the session or arrive within 15 min of session start time to avoid $15 no call no show fee.

Because I operate under my nursing license I am only able to work with clients in the following states at this time:
